IS THIS FOR REAL?

Yes this is for real, we are a legitimate organization whose goal is to provide high-grade marijuana and marijuana products to Canadians. We believe that marijuana should be made available to all Canadians in a safe and responsible way.  The laws have now been heading in the right direction, and as of 2018 recreational marijuana will be legal throughout Canada.

Payments

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay for your order by Interac e-Transfer.

  • When paying by Interac, select “Interac e-Transfer” as your payment method. Instructions will be provided in your online invoice. Orders will ship only after your e-Transfer has been received.  Your order will be cancelled if payment isn’t received within 6 hours of placing it.

I HAVE SENT AN INTERAC E-TRANSFER, NOW WHAT?

e-Transfers can take up to 2 hours to process within our system and notify us about your pending transfer. If within a few hours we haven’t accepted your payment don’t be alarmed. We are probably working on other orders. Orders will be processed in the order of when payment was received. WHAT IF I DON’T SEND PAYMENT?

Once an order is made it will be placed on hold until we receive payment, we will keep your order on hold for up to 48 hours. If payment is not made within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order. If you need more than 48 hours, please don’t hesitate to give us an email at [email protected] so we don’t cancel your order.

Shipping & Orders

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Once your order is received, it will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment. Canada Post ground can take from 4-5 business days to reach you, depending on where you live. Sometimes it takes longer if you are located in a remote area.  All shipments will have tracking numbers that will be sent to you once it has been shipped.  That way your package is GUARANTEED to be replaced if lost.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

Absolutely NOT, we do not ship anywhere outside of Canada. We only ship in Canada Please visit our Shipping page for more information.

HOW DO I ENSURE I GET MY ORDER?

Most of our packages are sent via Canada Post.  You will receive a tracking number in your email.  If for any reason the package does not arrive, we will make arrangements to replace it.

CAN SOMEONE TELL WHAT’S IN THE ENVELOPE?

All our packages are sent vacuum sealed to avoid any scent.  We do our best to ensure that our packaging is discreet and nondescript so it just looks like any other regular mail.  Discretion is our highest concern… Please visit our Shipping page for more information.
